Double Casing Structure: Ductile iron outer casings, split casing, bolted, thus easy maintenance, safer, and liners can be used until worn out, extending the maintenance cycle, and cost savings.
Optional wetted Parts: The materials with high chrome alloy, rubber, polyurethane, and ceramic can be selected and wetted parts of different materials are interchangeable.
Adjustable Discharge Direction: Install at 45° intervals and rotate 8 different angles according to the needs of use.
Large Shaft Diameter: A large shaft diameter and short overhang design can minimize deflection and vibration.
Reliable Bearing Assembly: Heavy duty grease lubricated roller bearings for maximum bearing life, are housed in a removable bearing cartridge.
Optional Shaft Seals: The options with gland packing seal, expeller centrifugal seal, and mechanical seal are available.
One-piece Frame: Cradle the cartridge-type bearing and shaft assembly, the minimum number of through bolts securely hold the frame plate to the frame.
Large Internal Passage: Anti-clog, reduce internal velocities to maximize wear life, minimize downtime, and lower operating costs.
Optimized Impellers: Pump out vanes on the rear and front to reduce recirculation within the pump, and aid in preventing seal contamination.
Tapered Mating Faces: Mating faces in liners are tapered to allow positive alignment during assembly and allow components to be easily removed for replacement.
In-Series Available: When a single pump can not meet the head, it can be used in series.
