Production Description
Pansto Vertical Centrifugal Pumps are single-casing, axial suction, vertical slurry pumps. They are specially designed for tank, pit, or sump conditions, with wetted parts made from high-chrome alloy, excelling in efficiently handling abrasive or corrosive slurries. The pump body, excluding the bearing assembly and motor, is submerged below the liquid level to operate, eliminating the need for shaft seals and priming and requiring less floor space.
These pumps boast strong anti-blocking and suction capabilities, along with reliability, long wear life, and versatility, proudly manufactured in our factory in China. Their durable parts are fully compatible with Warman SP vertical centrifugal slurry pumps and are interchangeable.
Features and Advatages
Wear and Corrosion Resistance:
All slurry-contact parts are fully protected with rubber coated, ideal for handling abrasive, or highly corrosive slurries with smooth fine particles.
Excellent Adaptability:
SP vertical centrifugal pumps offer an optional suction agitator, extension shaft, or suction extension pipe, and extension shaft up to 3.0 meters, which can better adapt to various sump conditions.
Sturdy and Simple Structure:
Constructed from bottom to top, the pump body, column, bearing housing, and motor base are bolted together, featuring a split mounting plate on the column for easy setup on steel frames or concrete foundations. This design, including a sturdy cantilever shaft, ensures a simple, safe structure that is easy to maintain and occupies minimal space.
Strong Suction Capacity:
Feature upper and lower double-suction semi-open impeller design, pumping seamlessly even when the top inlet is not submerged and can be idled.
Excellent Anti-Clogging:
Equip with screens at the upper and lower inlets, along with a wide impeller passage, ensuring excellent anti-clogging performance.
Reliable Bearing Assembly:
Cartridge-type structure, adopts heavy-duty roller bearing, grease lubricated form, mounted on the upper part of the pump, no submerged bearings, ensuring a long lifespan and fewer faults.
Flexible Drive Arrangement:
Direct coupling drive or belt drive are optional, can flexibly control the pump performance parameter, and meet the individual needs of customers.

Structures Of Vertical Centirfugal Pump
Bearing Housing
The bearing housing is made of corrosion-resistant material to carry and protect the bearing toensure the smooth operation of the pump shaft. The bearing housing is designed to be strong,which can effectively avoid the pollution of the slurry to the bearing, thus prolonging the servicelife of the bearing.
Shaft
The shaft is made of high-strength and wear-resistant alloy material, which is an important partconnecting the motor and the pump casing to transmit power to the impeller. The shaft of theSV(R) pump adopts a large diameter and short cantilever design, which can effectively reduceshaft offset and vibration.
Mounting Plate
The mounting plate is made of strong materials to ensure that the installation of the pump is frmand reliable, and to ensure the stability of the pump casing.
Pump Column
The pump column is designed to be strong and durable, adapting to the application environmentin the sinking liquid, and ensuring the stable operation of the pump casing. The pump columnconnects pump casing and the mounting plate to support and fx the main parts of the pump, tokeep the pump casing vertical.
Impeller
The impeller of the SP vertical slurry pump is made of wear-resistant materials(such as highchromium alloy or rubber liners), which is suitable for handing high-concentration and high.abrasive slurry. The design has a large opening, which can pass through large particles. Theimpeller is the core component of the pump, which is responsible for converting the power of themotor into the flow of liquid. The design of the impeller affects the efficiency of the pump and theability to pass particles.
Discharge Pipe
The discharge pipe is made of high-strength material, which can withstand high-pressure andhigh-flow liquid transportation. The discharge pipe is used to guide the fow of the liquid pumpedto the designated location.
Pump Casing
The pump casing is made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloy or rubber liner, to ensure
that the pump casing maintains long-term stable operation under harsh works conditions. Thepump casing is the shell of the pump, which is responsible for accommodating and protectingother pump components while providing a path for liquid flow. The wear resistance of the pumpcasing determine the service life of the pump.
Strainer
The strainer is made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant metal material, and the filter hole isdesigned to ensure that the liquid circulation is not hindered. The upper strainer to flter the largeparticles is the slurry entering the pump to prevent the particles from entering the pump casingand causing damage.
Back Liner
Back liners are usually made of high chrome alloy or natural rubber for high abrasion and corrosion
