Production Decsription

The Pansto HH heavy duty high head slurry pumps have outstanding performance in high head applications comparedto PH pumps, they are again similar in construction to PH and Pl pumps, but features larger impeller diametersthan the PH range and incorporates a heavily reinforced casing.The PHH range ofer a wide range of world class hard metal wet ends, suitable for low concentration high head orhigh concentration low abrasive high head slurry applications.

The double-casing structure, featuring a ductile iron outer casing with reinforced ribs and a hard metal liner, ensures the ability to withstand high pressure safely. The lining material can be utilized until worn out, reducing maintenance costs. With bolted connections, maintenance is made easy.

  • Reliable Bearing Assembly:

Our cartridge-type bearing assembly, easily removable as integrity, incorporates grease-lubricated heavy-duty roller bearings for convenient maintenance and impeller clearance adjustment.

  • Large Shaft Diameter:

The pumps boast a large shaft diameter and a short overhang design, effectively minimizing deflection and vibration, and extending bearing service life.

  • Robust Frame:

The one-piece robust frame securely cradles the cartridge-type bearing and shaft assembly, and the fewest through bolts securely hold the frame plate to the frame.

  • Customizable Shaft Seal:

Choose from gland packing seal, expeller centrifugal seal, or mechanical seal based on your specific requirements.

  • Versatile Applications:

Various high-chrome alloy materials with different wear and corrosion-resistant properties can be flexibly chosen, making these pumps versatile for slurries of different properties.

  • Adjustable Outlet Direction:

Tailor the pump to your needs with discharge direction options at 45° intervals and 8 different rotation angles. Choose the drive arrangement that suits your requirements.

What does "high head" mean on a pump?

Pumps. When it comes to pumps, the term “head” refers to the height a pump will push liquid up into the air. A high-head pump produces more pressure and will push liquid up further – whereas a medium head pump has more flow, but less pressure and therefore will not push the liquid as high.
